I’ve been a customer for the past 15 years. I’ve used the pawn loan services and made multiple purchases of merchandise over the years. The customer service experience has always been exceptional! When I’m in a bind or need a deal this is always my first stop!
Jeff is great!! So kind & understanding. GREAT customer service. Helped me out in a very difficult time. Super personable, I love the stuff they have in there too! Will definitely be coming back & recommending to all my friends & family.
Used to be a great place, would go in all the time with my brother. Stopped in for the first time in a while and didn't even make it to the counter before being told owners don't have time to clean the place. Associate tried to wipe his shoes and before he was even done was told "that's not gonna cut it". Just left, not worth the hassle. I wouldn't even bother going in to a place where owners are too lazy to clean and too rude to be polite about it.
Very very nice people run and own this place and treated me and my kiddo like family!! Gave extremely fair price for what I brought in and gave my kiddo a nice gift as well!! I’m DEFINITELY coming back
This place has everything! I was searching for some specific earrings for my daughter’s wedding and Jeffrey, the owner, went above and beyond and literally out of his way to help me find the perfect pair! I am dumbfounded and so grateful. Need something? Want something? This is the place to go for great selection and absolutely amazing customer service and helpfulness. I tried to sell some gold jewelry here last week. He tested it all and told me it was fake. Then offered me 20$ for an 18k solid gold ring. Which was actually worth 300$. Please take your business to someone who won't try to literally steal from you! Capital cities coin & bullion has an XRF machine. P.S. if the owner happens to see this. I hope you are ashamed of your actions. You seriously need God!
