I'm giving it two stars because I have had a couple good experiences here, but the last couple of times I've been in this store the customer service has not been great. Sat there Waiting for help for almost 15 minutes and they weren't busy, I might have been one out of two people in there and nobody was willing to help. Had some great deals and I wanted to buy a few things but those things needed somebody to open it or get it for me and they watched and did nothing.
Do not buy electronics from this place. I bought a mouse and keyboard set that was completely defective and didnt function properly, they would know this had they tested it. I came back to get my refund and was given store credit… why would i want to make another purchase from you guys when you guys are selling defective merch? How do i know the next think i buy will even work.
Husband went today to sell his rifle, not knowing that they didn't take or sell guns and the there was absolutely rude. Not the niceness floor staff there, sad because we had a lot to pawn and sell.
I called and spoke to someone on the phone about picking up my item because all I had was a secured credit card. They assured me that any card would be fine as long as I had my ID. I spent money on an Uber to get to the store and pick up my item only to find out that they wouldn’t take my card to pay off my item and my only option was to pay my interest or spend more money on an Uber to get cash and come back. The item loan was $25 and I’ve spent $50 on Uber and interest fees trying to get it back due to their shenanigans and STILL don’t have my item. NEVER AGAIN.
I was here recently and bought a controller. When I went home and opened it I found it was broken. The button was chipped and stuck outside. I came back to exchange it but when the employee (who himself was nice) tried to do the exchange a manager stopped him and said because I opened the box I couldn’t return it or exchange it. It came in the box broken and the packaging itself hid the broken area.
