Very professional, courteous and patient! Much higher percentage than other buyers in area. Over the top honest! I had a piece marked 10k and he said it registered on their tester as high enough for 14k (13.5k or something like that). He didn’t have to tell me I would’ve taken the 10 carat because that’s what it was marked. Excellent experience will definitely visit again

One star for the clean store, but offered me almost half of the spot price. Went to allied downtown and was given an honest price. The guy even told me the large gemstone was glass and wasn’t worth anything . So my suggestion is not to waste your time and just go elsewhere with your gold.

What a great place to do business. Very professional, honest appraisal of exactly what we had (gold/silver) and the worth. Pricing was transparent, and payment was immediate. I would happily go back and use them again. The showroom is clean and tidy, with a wide selection of coins/metals. They have a lot of other items like watches, safes some estate jewelry. You can feel comfortable you'll get the best price for your scrap gold/silver. Very knowledgeable about old coins as well.

The owner truly acted like he didn't even care that I came in.. I was bringing 22- 24k gold nuggets that I saved from my trips as a kid. Not a good deal all the way around. Then it gets better, I sent my girlfriend in a month later to sell her sterling she was saving.. she came out almost in tears, and said the woman that was in there was vary nice.. Then a man walked up and disagreed with that woman and said ill give you this price take it or lev it. She told me he was so rude on how he talked to her.. It took alot, because I am her soon to be husband. Shame on the owner, guys never let them go in alone, kids or your wife. My best friend had the same experience.
