A Quality Pawn is the BEST!!! I do not & will not go anywhere else! Adrian is super helpful & knowledgeable about everything concerning jewelry, gold & silver, etc. And she is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome when I visit the store. Plus this shop pays the best for scrap gold(ie.broken, unwanted and unworn jewelry) hands down! I have never felt cheated or ripped off in this store, like I have in other shops in the past! They are very fair, and don't try to short you or give you the lowest amount possible like other shops have. I highly recommend "A Quality Pawn!"
Went to sell some jewelry, she was not there , I called the Number that she had posted on the door to call, I called her and no answer. She called me right back. She was actually done for the day, but she turned around came back and gave me her quality time. Very nice woman what she wanted to give was not in my price range it was probably because the jewelry was sentimental to me, but she is very very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing.

Adrian and Doug are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most honest people. I had never purchased anything from a pawn shop, so I was a little apprehensive. It was a wonderful experience for me. I purchased resized and appraised a few rings. As I was not well informed about buying from a pawn shop, I took the rings I purchased from A Quality Pawn to another Jeweler and paid 150$ each for another appraisal. They confirmed with the new appraisal that A Quality Pawn was indeed honest. In fact, one of the rings I purchased was appraised at $800 more than the 1st appraisal, and the rings I purchased were appraised at 3 times what I purchased them for.
Adrian and Doug were both lovely and made the shopping experience wonderful. Both very knowledgeable and a nice selection of pieces. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.
