I recently visited PinkBox, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! I went in to buy several photo cards as a gift for someone, but because I’m not familiar with the current groups, I had to ask the staff for help on the members I was searching for. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and gave me great recommendations! Not only did they have an impressive selection of K-pop merchandise and fan gear, but the staff’s knowledge of the artists and groups is top-notch, making the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. If you're a K-pop fan, this store is a must-visit. The atmosphere is so warm, and the staff truly make it special. I left with some amazing merchandise and a smile on my face, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my K-pop needs!

So much fun! They have a variety of kpop stuff from BTS to Illit. Lots of posters, card boxes and cds. Best part was the wall of people who have stolen from them and it is posted everywhere! Lots of Demon Slayer and Hello Kitty as well. Finally they have a TON of earrings!

In love with this shop. I got a ton of cute stationery and accessories for my friends back home. They carry a huge selection of hair accessories. Everything was priced reasonably. They also sell K-pop albums, clothes, stationery, etc. The albums are a bit pricey but that’s to be expected. Their customer service is great.

I purchased Pokémon booster packs here and found multiple red flags indicating they are not authentic: A.) The packaging print is blurry and grainy. B.) The sealed packs contained excess air instead of being tightly sealed. C.) The copyright text on the cards is noticeably thinner than on genuine cards. D.) The card backs are lighter and washed-out compared to authentic ones. When I raised these concerns, the store insisted the cards were real, but the physical evidence shows otherwise. I’ve attached photos so you all can compare for themselves. Be cautious buying Pokémon products here. 1. Front packaging comparison • Left: pack sold to me as “Korean” — note the blurry, grainy print on the characters. • Right: authentic Japanese pack — crisp, sharp details as official packs always have. 2. Card back color comparison • Back of card shown next to an Old Spice deodorant for color reference. • Authentic backs should have rich, vibrant blue, red, and yellow hues. These are lighter and washed out. 3. Copyright font comparison • Left: authentic Japanese card — copyright line is bold/consistent. • Right: card sold as “Korean” — copyright line is noticeably thinner/lighter. • Authentic cards (Japanese, English, Korean) use a consistent bold font for this line. EDIT response to the business reply: I have conducted side-by-side comparisons with authentic cards and followed Pokémon’s own published guidance on how to identify counterfeits. According to Pokémon’s official support article “Did I purchase fake or counterfeit cards?” (Pokémon Support), counterfeit cards are “often easy to see through if you hold them up to a bright light.” Pokémon also states that official cards are “produced from the highest-quality materials to ensure a positive experience for the player and collector alike.” I performed this exact light test. Authentic cards show the expected blue tint due to the black/blue core layer. The cards I purchased from your store instead glow purple, which is a widely recognized sign of counterfeit stock. Combined with the other red flags (blurry/grainy packaging, thin copyright text, and air in sealed packs), this is not consistent with the “highest-quality materials” Pokémon requires of its licensed distributors. For readers: I have uploaded photos so you can see this comparison for yourself.
