I went in the woman working the counter was kind and took the time to work with me and search the value of my item and gave me a fair deal. Good business all and all.
I called to see if anyone came in with my sisters guitar and the lady acted like someone did and asked me to explain it, she then told some guy to pick up the phone and he asked me if he could help me, I explained and he then said I'm not sure I'll have to check, HE THEN HAD A LONG CONVERSATION WITH THE LADY & I OVERHEARD THE LADY SAY $600 or something and then comes back on the phone & say I CANT TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT THAT and hangs up on me!
Owner or lady at the counter wasnt pleasant with me when trying to appraise my valuables. When showing her my Michael Kors bags and purses she said she wouldnt sell it only would end up sending it to the Philippines. I do not recommend ever coming here.
