Very enjoyable experience going through and seeing the works of different artists. Things we like were pierced master wood turner wooden bows. Also like the Tahitian Gray or black pearl necklaces. And finally the glass lost processing of delicate jewelry.

I was impressed by the fact that this watch is made with native Hawaiian koa wood, without using any raw koa wood, so I purchased one from this store. This watch is light, durable, and beautiful, while still exuding the Hawaiian spirit of respecting nature. Nice store. I thought their wood watches were stunning. I ended up buying one on vacation and bringing back to the Midwest. It was crazy the amount of attention the watch drew. I probably got complements at least once every other week when i wear the watch. I had a self imposed issue with the watch. Martin and MacArthur fully and completely helped resolve the issue even when they had no obligation to do so. Fantastic product with excellent service !
Had the best experience with Mitsue, She is full of aloha! She took me all around the store and gave me such valuable information. As we were strolling around the store I discovered a Koa cane which I’ve been looking for one for my father for years. It was perfect! She helped me with the purchase and I couldn’t be anymore happy about my purchase and experience at the ala moana location. Thelma was also very informative and together they make a great team! Great employees and great products!!
Very unique specialty shop, all hawaiian handcrafted mostly Koa wood made, these items different from store to store and can't be found anywhere else.
Came here last year to buy some gifts and some souvenirs. They had great customer service and a very welcoming and homey feel to the store. I highly recommend coming here for a more high price or very nicely crafted gift or memento.
Wonderful experience! My fiancé and I bought Koa rings here and we absolutely love them. $275 each which is better than a lot of other locations and Martin & MacArthur specialize in Koa wood so it’s extra special. They only have 1 case of rings but they have a variety within the case. Great service too. The Korean lady (I can’t remember her name) was so helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience! The Koa watches are also very beautiful.
