My husband and I had a great experience ring shopping at House of Diamonds. Lorah helped us create my dream ring while managing to stay within our budget and we couldn’t be happier.

House of Diamonds brought absolute tears of joy to my eyes when they fulfilled and exceeded at a very special request that both The Wedding Ring Shop and Pacific Diamonds were unable to do and declined. Long story short, my Fiancé proposed to me with a family heirloom ring that has very special meaning and significance, however the ring was too large for my fingers, and it was also soldered to the wedding band. After going to both The Wedding Ring Shop and Pacific Diamonds to try and get these rings resized and unsoldered, both places gave us not only false hope, but absolutely POOR and unprofessional communication. I thought all hope was lost and I cried for weeks before finding House of Diamonds. Right away, Lorah floored me with her professionalism, personal connection and confidence in being able to do the task we are requesting. House of Diamonds is an absolute life saver and dream maker. Please- save yourself the trouble of going to those other businesses and COME HERE FIRST! Phenomenal work, great communication, and trust worthy. Lorah was incredibly helpful from start to finish. What began as a simple bracelet repair eventually led to me finding my engagement ring there as well. With their guidance, my now fiancé was able to fully customize the ring, and they even sourced all of the natural diamonds, including the pink ones. The entire process took about six weeks, and the experience was seamless.

We were referred to House of Diamonds from a family member who had gotten her engagement ring from them a few years ago. When my partner first worked with Lorah, they helped him find the perfect engagement ring and guided him through the process. Since the House of Diamonds staff were so wonderful to work with, we made another appointment with Lorah customize our wedding bands. It's been a fantastic experience all the way!

House of diamonds is the place to go to! Lorah, Doron, and the office staff are an amazing team. Lorah was able to walk me through everything from start to finish. Working within my budget, we were able to explore many options of natural and lab made diamonds. Of course I went with a natural diamond, but it was good to see other options. Lorah was able to put together the diamond and band of my choosing and the ring came back quicker than expected. Upon pick up, I loved how the ring came out! But I just didn’t like the size of the prongs. However, Lorah was able to redo the prongs and make it smaller and to my liking. After a week or so, I get a call that my ring was ready for pick up; which I thought was surprising quick. I was able to meet with Doron the same day I got the call and when he presented the ring it was exactly what I wanted! He made sure that I liked it before I left. Thank you to the house of diamonds team! Highly recommended you guys to anyone and everyone looking for a ring or jewelry in general. Special thanks especially to Lorah and Doron! I really couldn’t have done it without you guys. Definitely will be seeing you guys soon to get our wedding bands in the near future!

I had an excellent experience with House of Diamonds, and the finished ring exceeded every expectation. The diamond is absolutely stunning, incredibly brilliant, flawless to the eye, and beautifully set. I wanted something bold and elegant without being flashy and gawdy so the size had to be perfect. It is an expertly cut diamond with gorgeous clear color and clarity. It is truly the most gorgeous diamond composition I have ever seen (on me, that is). Lorah Ashley and Doron Isakov were outstanding to work with. They took the time to understand my budget, educated me on lab grown diamonds using the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method, showed me that my diamond solitaire tested as a natural diamond, which I understood was because their CVD process starts with a natural diamond as a "seed"; they made sure I received pieces of exceptional quality and value. I never felt rushed or pressured (in fact I was the one who had to rush off to another appointment!) they ensured I was informed and confident of my purchase. House of Diamonds offers outstanding craftsmanship, transparency, and fair pricing. When I went to pick up my ring, I met with Erin, Masami and Cy and I received the original grading certificate, appraisal, and clear documentation, with everything delivered exactly as promised. Erin showed me how to properly insure the pieces. She verified that the diamond solitaire I purchased in fact what I received. I highly recommend and trust them. Thank you!
