I won a very rare, mint condition coin in an auction and Robin and Michelle were amazing, explaining the different grading companies (mine had already been graded) and even demonstrated some techniques for testing jewelry, after hearing that I'm a new jewelry collector. Michele is an absolute treasure. Not only is she especially kind, she is also honest. That is quite the rare trait these days when it comes to buying and selling. I was apprehensive to sell some of my old coins because it is not my area of expertise and I feared that I would sell something of high value for a low price. She strictly would not allow that. Not only did she shoot straight with me on the worth of my coins (which to me are keepsakes that I preferred not to sell, but we do what we have to) but she also shared her years of coin experince. Turns out I may actually have some items of high value that she encouraged me to get graded (she even recommended exactly where I could do that). I felt at the end of the interaction that she had invested her time in me because she cared about me and was protecting me from the very people I feared I might encounter.
