I would like to say it’s hard to find someone on the other end of the phone so patient and professional because I sometimes having a hard time explaining what I need to get done and the person is rude.I needed two copper pain bracelets size adjusted. I called explaining what I wanted done..The gentleman said and I quote, “I don’t usually mess with copper but just bring it in I’ll see what I can do.If I can’t fix it a jewelers in Fairburn who does.”I had my son take it up there he adjusted for free.I don’t know if it was the Happy New Year I said first or he’s just that nice.I would recommend this business to anyone.It’s hard to find pleasant patient professional people these days.The sizing is perfect.My daughter in law love it .Thank you!!
Customer service is exceptional. White Mike and Arrow head Christie were most welcoming and helped me from I walked in the store until I left. I was so indecisive and they were so patient with me.
