Has always been our place to go when we need jewelry repaired!!!! Always the Best customer service and never feel like we payed to much!
Love the service! When I initially brought my ring in, I didn’t measure it. It was just barely too small and thought I only needed to go up a half size. And I was very wrong lol. Ended up going from a 9.5 to an 11. They were super sweet about making sure we got the right size and even gave us a discount for the second up-size. If I ever need it resized again I’ll definitely come back here:)
I have ring with turquoise inlay that had two small pieces missing. When I went to pick up the ring not only was the repair not done but a third of the inlay was missing. What was left was totally discolored. They handed it to me and said "sorry" and offered nothing for the damage.
The lady that works there is very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend to go else where and her husband set their and watch her be rude. I can tell he had known she was rude because the way he was looking at her. Just made me feel so uncomfortable which is not good for business
I had some tools I wanted to sell right of the bad she had an attitude she said what do you want so I pull up everything I have what it's worth brand new which just the skilsaw and 2 Makita 5.0 batteries for it because it was basically brand new them alone were 650 plus I had the better drill and impart will 2 2.0 batteries she asked 4 or 5 time how much I wanted I said well what I'll you give me she just ignored me I go look around because I'm aggravated by now I go back she's says oh we are looking to buy tools right now why are people such idiots how do they keep a business open honestly they don't even deserve a star
These are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in a store. Not only are they a family 🚌 ness , I believe they are home grown. Need a ring sized, looking for a gift or needing some quick cash. I could recommend no one better.
