I had a terrible experience here. I brought in a gold skull charm with diamonds — a very special piece that my father bought for me for $3,500. Yes, it was missing one small diamond, but the rest of the piece was still intact and valuable. Instead of treating me with any professionalism, the dealer dismissed it as “scrap” and acted like it had no real worth. He didn’t take the time to explain anything, and his attitude was disrespectful and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Despite the original value and the diamonds, he offered me only $900. That felt like a lowball offer and completely ignored both the material value and the sentimental value attached to the piece. No customer should be spoken to that way or treated like they don’t know anything about their own property. I left feeling upset and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I drive from Acworth to this pawn shop because they're honest, friendly, pay top dollar for gold, and have a great selection of merchandise. Forgot to leave a review after my last visit but Tony was so helpful and made my transaction a breeze! Today was no different; Jacob had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! This is the only pawn shop I do business with and definitely worth the trip every time!
