I have been to Phoenix Gold, well today is my third. Every time I have been I've had the best experience. My first time trying to sell gold I didn't know where to go or what to do so I noticed a place on main. When I went in they offered me $19 for half of my scrap jewelry but the camera didn't work so they asked me to come back. I went up the street and saw Phoenix Gold and they took all my scrap gold and I received $100. My second time I brought in a bracelet and 2 single earrings, I received $252. Today I had some scraps and a necklace that was 14k, I got $270. I mean I have scrap old jewelry that I never ware any more and broken bracelets that cost me too much to fix. This place is the best I've ever heard of. The customer service is the best too. I know I have rambled on but I just feel like my experiences were so good. Lisa

This shop was a little gem that I never knew was there until I found it on google. The store owner was so pleasant and professional. I had some scrap jewelry I didn't need and some I wasn't sure if it was costume or not and he went through every piece and gave me top dollar for what I had that was real. I also liked the inventory in the store. It will be my pawn shop from now on. He does watch batteries cheap and also does jewelry repair. Spread the word. Awesome experience.

I live approximately 30 miles from Phoenix Gold Liquidators. But, I travel to Phoenix to have my watches service and have the $5 replacement batteries installed. (YES, he actually installs the batteries!). Phoenix has been at the same location long before the pandemic. Quality work and excellent customer service.
