My family has always trusted the friendly, professional people at Perry Pawn Shop for many years. Always great quality jewelry, yard items, household items, etc. The service is always great and positive attitudes. Just before I was to leave on for vacation and our 29th wedding anniversary I took my wedding ring in for repair. I did not expect it back for 4-6 weeks. Not what Brian said, just what I estimated. I had lost the diamond and since I don't ever take off my ring, it was in pretty bad shape. I was amazed and thrilled when Stephanie called me the next day and it was ready! I had not expected to be able to wear it on my anniversary. When I picked it up, it was Gorgeous!!! Hasn't sparkled like that in a long time. Beautiful new diamond, new prongs, and clean like never before. Oh my gosh I am so happy! It brought tears to my eyes because it was as beautiful as the day my loving husband gave it to me. So, if you have jewelry repair or cleaning that needs to be done, take it to Brian! Great price, great work, great guy! You guys are The Best!

I didn’t have this experience however, my boyfriend and his cousin did. Yesterday, December 16, 2024 around 3/4 pm they walked in. After time goes by and they finally see something they went to purchase the worker at the store denied them from purchasing anything. The reason? was because she didn’t want to make a straw sale. If you don’t know what a straw sale is look it up. So she assumed that my boyfriend and his cousins were felons. Why? because they’re black, with tattoos, chains, and dreads. My boyfriend has never been to jail, so the fact that she even began to racially profile someone she doesn’t even know is horrible customer service. I am very saddened by this situation and I am so sorry that my boyfriend and his cousin had to go through this.

Went there today to get a lawnmower and the ladies were very friendly and willing to help. The place was very clean and organized very organized one of the cleanest I've been in. Thanks you ladies for the help. Very pleased with the purchase.

I went in to find a gun for my wife and was told that I could not take a picture to show her. In my opinion you should be able to take a picture of anything before you buy it for someone. Ms. Cathy was very polite and sweet but would not let me take a pic of a gun so that I could make sure my wife liked it.

If self absorbed had a face, it’d be Jerry’s. He talks down to everyone around him like he’s the smartest person in the room (unless your his “bro”) — spoiler alert: he’s not. He’s rude, condescending, and has zero respect for the people around. What’s worse? When his behavior puts others at risk, he shrugs it off like it’s no big deal. Not even so much as an apology. Rules apparently don’t apply to him, because in his world, he’s above them. If you value respect, safety, or basic decency — steer clear. Jerry is the kind of person who reminds you why common courtesy matters, because he has absolutely none.
