Wasn’t notified on the store being closed for about a week. I went to go pay my pawn off today and noticed a note on the door saying they were closed from around July 12, 2024 to about July 18th or 19th. My maturity date is July 17th. I don’t want to only pay the interest. I want to go ahead and get my balance to zero so I can get my gaming system. But only paying interest is the only option on the app. I just hope I could get a little more time because I have a busy schedule and normally don’t get off work until they close.
I have been doing business with them for more than 5 years and each and every time I was given the fairest and best deal on my jewelry. It was always the same jewels and they even gave extra at times. They always gave me an extension, allowed me to push a payment under the door when closed, called to tell me they got it and never mishandled, lost, damaged or quickly sold my item without a fair timeline. Outstanding customer service as well. Very courteous and professional at all times. Thank God they are around!

I had a good experience. They do seem a bit under manned because when i went in there was just 1 guy working. At first it was empty but quickly there were 4-5 more customers coming in for all different reasons. I definitely see why they get the complaints about not answering the phone, they do prioritize the costomers in the store, and as someone who took the time to come in and purchase things i appreciate that they prioritize the customer infront of them when we're there.
