Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a heads-up about my experience at this shop. When you first go in, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a great place to do business. However, when it’s time to pick up your stuff, the attitude changes completely—they become rude, belligerent, and difficult to deal with. Me and my partner had a conversation with the manager during my first visit, and he assured me that I could pick up my items separately as long as I paid the interest. So, when I went back to pick up half of my order, I was hit with a totally different story. The staff claimed that I hadn’t informed them about wanting separate tickets at the time, and since the conversation was the day before, it didn’t count—or they just didn’t remember. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth. With no result of checking the video footage. The situation escalated so much that the manager called the police on me, telling the officers I was cussing them out in the store. In reality, all I did was call him nicknames like “twinkle toes,” “pumpkin,” and “Sugarfoot.” It was absolutely ridiculous. These guys seem perfectly happy to take your money and be friendly upfront, but when you try to actually collect your products, they put up every kind of hassle and try to make you pay extra fees. I want to stress that everyone else at the store was wonderful—the problem was specifically with the manager, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills, empathy, and any qualifications to be in charge if the owner of the store can reach out, that would be greatly appreciated because I would like to discuss this further I believe the manager name is Micheal and we worked with Caylor The manager tried to get out by claiming a technicality since he didn't mention the policy the day of purchase and only told my partner, who was a customer. She heard the store’s policy from Caylor, but when she came back the next day with her ID to return, the manager suddenly “didn’t remember” the policy. The manager was so upset and unprofessional he didn’t even ask for identification when the item was collected. When the whole purpose of coming back the second day was because of identification. I ask the manager for the owner information he would not provide.

Very respectful help establishment had the pleasure working with SUGY with my sell she was very helpful and quick i definitely will come back and refer people to her !

Caylor , Michael and Mason are super welcoming and caring. They are very honest and will give you a fair price for your items. They made me feel very comfortable at an uncomfortable time in my life. They all have the patience of Job.

Great experience! Went in to look for some jewelry pieces and Mason was so helpful! He spent time with me looking at the pieces and answering all of my questions. Ended up with two beautiful pieces. I will definitely be back!

Incredible find! Picked up multiple vintage video game consoles, classic titles, and a high-quality microphone. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great selection, great prices. Will definitely return!
