Ryan, the store manager, went above & beyond to help me out with a purchase I made at the pawn shop yesterday. He took the time to work with me to figure out what type of laptop I needed & then worked one into my budget. And THEN he actually input all my info to set the laptop up online with my accounts. He & Luke were very helpful with everything I asked if them. I don't think I will bother going to any other store when I'm looking to buy something used...why waste my time when the customer service is everything I could ask for here?! More businesses & employees should follow suit with this one! If you are rude, don't like your job, or just plain mad at the world, stay out of retail. Not only will I leave without making a purchase, I'm probably gonna let your supervisor know about the problem. My money will stay where people know how to appreciate my business! I appreciate THEM!👍💯

Must be completely different people in charge judging from past reviews. Or just a completely different experience depending on if your there to buy something, or are in need of a small cash loan (hope you never need to). This was the 1st time ive ever had to pawn something and it was because my daughter's Disney World trip fees were due, and I wouldn't have been able to pay them before my paycheck came through. It was a TERRIBLE experience. The positive thing is that I was given the loan without any issue, but the negative thing is how Predatory it was. To my understanding there is an interest fee, and then the main principle amount. Maybe I misunderstood the terms, or just didnt ask enough questions, but I was under the impression that once the interest fee was paid (in my case $50), any following payments would go to the principle amount ($200 in my case). You have thirty days to do so, and I was told that as long as i paid at least $50 a month i would be able to extend the expiration time. I made 5 payments of $50 each for a total of $250. It wasnt until the last payment that I was told that NONE of my payments had been counted towards the principle amount. It was ALL just interest. After finally paying $500(2× the initial loan amount) I was able to be free from them. Very Greedy business practice in my opinion. Yes it was my fault for not fully understanding the terms, but at the same time you would hope that after 5 payments of not being told that none of the payments were being counted, SOMEONE would have just a little bit of decency to at least ask or say, "i see that you've made numerous payments but idk if you know that if you make (such and such amount), it will count towards the principle." Go to ANY other pawn shop! There are at LEAST 5 of them in a 20 mile radius.
