Purchased several items for years and recently brought a jacket(Of which I was told was a shirt).A day later I returned said coat for an exchange and was told "I had to order it and I don't have another one in the store" .As if he couldn't SALE IT IN HIS STORE! So due to him not wanting to do what his apparent job is(sale clothing),I was left with something I can't use! I'll never go back nor do I recommend anybody else going!
Lately customer service is getting worse every day. But thank God there are still people like the owners of this business. Good, kind and polite people who offer you the best experience when you walk through the doors of their business. I felt respected and considered. And above all I felt that their prices were fair and that they offered me a good deal. The best of the best is in this place. I highly recommend them.
