I purchased a game console in took it home in the controller didnt work. Called up in the lady said it was my fault for not checking it before I left when I told her they should check there products before buying them in selling them she got really nasty would not recommend this to anyone. I checked out a few pawn stores in the area to find a used guitar or cool gun. Although I couldn't find what I needed the receptionist and the older gentleman besides her were very sweet. Upon walking in I was greeted and they told me if I wanted to see something to just ask. Two other pawn stores didn't say a word to me so that is very kind for them to do. Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. I have pawned things here and they are always so helpful about it, and work with me on payments since I get paid a few days after the due date. They CERTAINLY are not racist, as my boyfriend is Mexican. That being said, we are also gay, and the company treats us FAIRLY and EQUALLY, when they could (legally) turn us away if they wanted. Many times I have had personal conversations with the employees there, they are so fun to talk with, and it is such a welcoming and laid back, yet still professional environment. If I could leave zero I would leave zero they damn near try to rob you every time you go there everything in their pawn shop is overpriced or fake when you go for a pawn they don't even give you 20% of the value of your item 100% will not go back there the lady at the reception desk is rude and very unprofessional and the man that owns it should be retired and closing the shop— Eric Manning, Jan 2026
