I was visiting family in Woodstock and needed a silver dollar to present my grandfather for his first salute. The team was kind enough to present several options and helped narrow a silver dollar down that was individualized to my grandfather’s service in the Army during the Korean War.

I purchased 16 silver coins last week. This week they canceled my order because my credit card denied the charges. I called Chase visa and they said no attempt was ever made from the vender to get payment. So silver went up after I purchased it and they lied to me by blaming Chase Visa I assume because they refused to sell it if i delivered cash.

What at great experience at Robinsons to sell coins from my mom's estate. I worked with Bruce and he very patiently walked me through the entire process. He explained the process, thoroughly counted all the coins then presented a clear offer. I found this while passing through on business, and this coin shop is one of the best I have come across. Not overpriced, great selection and not pretentious at all! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to places where folks act like you are bothering them when you ask to see something in the case. They were happy to take things out, share knowledge about them, and talked history. I never once felt rushed or like a burden. They had a huge variety of coin and currency. I could have spent hours in the store looking through all the items but will have to plan a dedicated visit soon. Thank you for the great experience!

Extremely knowledgeable AND helpful. I was helped by Randy who is a consumate professional. I sold a handful of old gold and silver jewelry and was given a more than fair price, and I left with more than I expected. I plan to return next week to have my coin collection valued & sell some more... Highly recommend!

I decided to invest into silver certificates because I just found about them, I decided to purchase a couple lots from them because they were decently priced, only to find out what I was being shipped was not the bills that were in these images, quite clearly. They are much more circulated than the ones that are perceived in this picture. I don’t understand why businesses feel the need to screw over the little guy, your customer. Just tell me what I am buying and don’t attempt to swindle your customers. I would have never payed 4$ for each extremely circulated ones with a blue seal. Much appreciated for the needed communication. That is another issue, I was concerned about the “lot” you labeled “Star wars credits style” I was concerned if they were even real silver certificates because this was my first time ever purchasing such. But thank you for your fantastic communication.

They don’t answer phone or email. I was wondering if they are still even open. I sent an email on December 31, along with 3 phone calls. Their voicemail says they don't always get around to voicemails (weird). I sent a follow up email on January 3rd, since it was a holiday after all. I checked my spam and junk mail and nobody indeed has written me back as of today (January 14th). Bottom line, nobody has followed up with me and their customer communication system has some kinks in it.

Best coin shop out there. Bruce and Joe are great people & I am here every week! A+ business, you won’t be disappointed trust me. They are very honest and run the shop very well. Best coin store in Georgia hands down!
