Not completely appalled because in the end the work performed was done very well, however, I left my engagement ring to be resized and my Tiffany bracelet to be repaired. Not only did the attendant drop my bracelet and some of the beads fell, she claimed to have picked them all up and just dumps them on the counter to have them roll out on the counter. It took almost an entire week for everything to be resized and repaired. No update, I had to call for then on the 5th day be told that the man who repairs the jewelry had been out sick all those days. Why couldn’t I have been told that days prior when I called practically every day? Really disappointed. Edit: The owner was kind enough to respond to my review and update me on one of the missing beads and offered to put it on, if it wasn’t for his quick response and interest in keeping customers happy I think I would’ve remained disappointed. I appreciate Jose for his response and understanding of my frustrations.

Small place but a good selection. I walked in and felt welcomed right away, the staff are delightful. Rosemary was at the front desk, and she was great! She helped me find the perfect piece for my wrist, at a great price as well. Most fine jewelry stores I have been to charge obscene prices for gold. This place was honest and realistic about weights and pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again the next time I am in Miami. If you’re in the market for gold jewelry, this is a great place to visit in Miami. I didn’t have much time to shop, as I was traveling and had a flight to catch. They took care of me, though, and made me a beautiful bracelet to take home.
