I went here twice with questions on jewelry I bought on eBay and each time, helped me with the answers I needed. Acid tested and checked everything for free. Fantastic customer service!
Better training of personnel is recommended and updated on where serial numbers are placed on newer products. If cash is required when picking back up, it needs to be stated at the time of pawning the item. Also prior to refusing an item for lack of knowledge where the serial is, personnel should inspect and double check the item. I definitely will not do business here again.
Just did a FFL transfer here and service is efficient, and friendly. Price for the transfer is truly lowest in town that I know of. I would definitely recommend this place for your FFL transfer needs.
