Better training of personnel is recommended and updated on where serial numbers are placed on newer products. If cash is required when picking back up, it needs to be stated at the time of pawning the item. Also prior to refusing an item for lack of knowledge where the serial is, personnel should inspect and double check the item. I definitely will not do business here again.— Alan’s ER, Oct 2025
