BEWARE!. Could not correctly explain (or conveniently could not) conversion of PennyWeight to Troy Ounce - left there thinking I was paid $38 per oz (which is what he told me and I agreed to) and when I asked someone else realized that I was paid $18 per oz. When I went back he acknowledged the mistake and basically said.."Oops! My Bad" Bad vibes now all around, will not be returning. The right thing to do is to pay what was quoted.
