If you’re looking for a fair and honest place this is it, as a woman I feel skeptical of being taken advantage of, but since I’ve been dealing with John and Steve they had been amazing, I highly recommend this place

VERY RUDE! My husband and I stopped in today to sell some silver quarters and the owner and employees of this place were incredibly rude to us. We were treated like we were a bother; no one greeted us or thanked us for coming in. The price was okay so we sold our coins, but we will never set foot in that store again.

I went in to sell some silver and it was not the best experience. I knew what spot price was and as soon as I said I wanted to sell it, he threw out an offer I felt like was too low and he wouldn't budge because 'I can't sell all this silver everyone is bringing in'. They definitely will make a good profit, but they wouldn't budge at all. I just wanted an extra $5, but he made me feel like I was burdening him somehow. It was chaotic in there! The younger guy kept shouting that he couldn't handle any more customers and was complaining about doing business with all of us (3 or 4 people). I was desperate for the money, and this guy is saying he would sell me one for above spot price over and over again. I came in there to sell, not to buy and he's just so aggresive with it. It just didnt make sense to me. Its a sales tactic that ended up being a BIG turn off. If you are someone who is claustrophobic, gets anxious in disorder, or doesn't like being aggressively haggled AT, maybe try something else. They have some cool stuff, but the piles and stacks are just random it seems. I wanted to ask about some things, but the younger guy seemed like he wanted me out of there. The older gentleman seemed nice enough and he wrote up my ticket. I ended up selling and accepting the offer because I felt pressure to just accept and move on. Just didn't feel like a great experience to me.

This place is busy! Went ther today to sell an eight place set of sterling flatware which was under the bed for 30 years. Kids didn't want it. John and his staff were cordial and professional. No haggle and received a fair price. Kids, eat your heart out!

This place and 3 men who worked with me today were absolutely wonderful. After my mothers recent passing I was left a pile of bills, a bag of coins and some eclectic jewelry. Not knowing who to trust w the latter items to help possibly alleviate finances a bit, I asked around, and was given great references to this business. What a great place! Not only was I able to recoup on my bills, but had...beyond my expectations, a very pretty penny left over for my long lost savings. To Steve who assisted me and was not only very knowledgeable, but also guided me through the whole process so thoroughly and thoughtfully I could not be more thankful. Their whole team vibe is something to experience! I will now also highly recommend you to anyone asking me where to go for appraisals.
