This dealer is very shady & rude to the public & his own staff. The owner is short tempered & beligerent. They advertise selling gold coins at spot, yet they will be vague over the phone & when you visit in person they will have nothing to sell at spot, but try to up sell for more expensive coins. The shop is very dirty & cluttered which is surprising as it is located on a Main Street in a nice location. When you question the prices ,they become rude & refuse to serve you. I would avoid doing any business with this company.

If you like dealing with angry, shady people then do business here. Stay away. Read the other reviews. Witty comeback. That’s about the level of his customer service. All these reviews can’t be wrong. His responses say it all. This is the worst business in any arena with whom I’ve ever done business. Update: I returned coins to the dealer in early December for a refund. I never received a refund from him. The credit card credited my account. There are many honest coin dealers out there. This isn’t one of them. (He’s as crooked as he is rude.) He states, in one review, he has 100,000 happy customers. If so, why does he not have more good reviews? Also, old man, when you call someone mentally challenged (see witty response below) spell it correctly. Lol

they charged a very fair fee. nice people. i’ll go back to do more business. i take that back now. now i know now why the price was fair. they sold me gold coins with scratches on them. and one had ink spots. it was my bad i didn’t look until months after, he should of let me know they were worth less and scratched when he was selling them to me. he didn’t. then when i asked him about them being scratched he said it really doesn’t matter cause they are 1 ounce of gold and that’s how they are valued wether scratched or not. then 30 seconds later he says if i want mint coins he has them and they are more money. in other words he contradicted himself and showed his colors. . why didn’t he say this when i was purchasing the coins. that the ones i was purchasing were less money than mint ones. i feel that was shady. i feel he pawned his scratched coins off on me cause at the time i wasn’t knowledgeable enough to think about condition . i figured a ounce of gold was all that mattered really . i guess i was wrong and got slightly taken by this bozo.
