Norma and Rey did an amazing job. Happy I went with them on my first piece. I ordered a 8.5” 12mm bracelet and it was a little long so they were able to make it slightly shorter same day during holiday weekend and it’s perfect! The links are tight and gave updates on the whole process. Can’t wait to get the chain next.
