I called this guy once before and he never returned my call. A month later I called to setup an appointment and he made me wait all day for his business just to tell me he was too busy.
I reached out to Joseph and he offered his help free of charge, referring me elsewhere when it made sense for my particular situation. Transparent and helpful ownership.
This business set up and appointment with my family. We they took off of work , we drove to his business and he was at another appt. I WAS TOLD by him to call if I had to cancel my 1pm att. I did not call him. I rec'd 3 calls at 1230, 1235 and 12 37pm (from an unknown number) that did not leave a message . He did not text either. Apparently at 2230pm he was calling to cancel my 1pm meeting. We had left our house already to be there on time.. when I called him from HIS office, he was in largo. NOT PROFRESSIONAL or considerate of my family's time! And he is not yelling the truth below. But he knows it, I know and so does the other people with me that day. Not 1 message...not 1 text and when I did speak with him . .no mention of a dog! Pityful.
