Went in not really knowing what to expect and WOW I can’t rave about this place enough! I went in with my young daughter and they were so sweet and accommodating to her. As for me, I went in to sell some jewelry and wasn’t expecting much. I ended up leaving with three times what I expected and the entire process was quick and efficient. They even gave me a giant chocolate bar before I left! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had went to a couple of places in Tampa where we were trying to sell our gold the places felt cold and unfriendly our items were weighed in the back out of sight. We loss hope till I came across QCL online reviews, sure enough all the reviews are true! Jeff was so helpful and did it all right in front of me turns out the other places I went before lied about how many grams we had saying we had about 20 grams less then what was weighed in front of me at QCL. I have been to a lot of Coin Shops, and this is quite a unique experience. When you frist walk in, you are immediately greeted, and they have an open floor plan with about 6-8 tables with a Large TV Screen showing the current Metals price, and 2 chairs to each table. You are greeted upon arrival, and they have someone there to offer you a cold drink. On this day it was very busy, and so I had a few minutes to wait while I took in my surroundings. The walls are lined with a lot of Jewlery for sale, and unique items from US Currency ets. When they got to me, the Owner Jeff and his wife were great. And the item I sold was purchased from them 17% HIGHER than my previous offer. It wasn't even close. In addition, they had a large selection of coins if that is what you are interested in. The thoroughnes of evaluations are thorough, and Jeff even took some time to explain to me the 'back-end' of the business, and a behind the scenes look/explanation how prices are determined amongst wholesalers, etc. He even gave some tips on certain things to look for. He was very interested, sincerely, in establishing a long term relationship with the client. It wasn't a "get you in, get you out', type transaction. It was thorough and complete. So, definitley the place to go to sell, and if you want to feel valued in a world today where that is not, I think you'll enjoy the experience, no matter how brief or long term. Plan on coming back.
