Brought in some gold jewelry and found out it was more valuable than I thought. The process is very easy as they use an X-ray gun which shows the exact metals in your piece. They will pay you immediately.

First time doing business with this establishment, selling them sterling silver flatware. They were friendly, very easy to deal with and explained their calculations thoroughly. My experience with them was much better than my interaction with another store in downtown Sarasota. Note that they are rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau - That’s a good sign.

This is my first time doing business with Pegasus. The staff were very personable and professional, well versed in their business and willing to share their expertise. My questions were answered quickly. And I think that speaks to a key work ethic of transparency. There was no hesitation in answering my questions or sharing some of their history of the business. I think one of the most important aspects of working with the staff is that there was no pressure to sell my items. And at one point after I got an amount for my items, I was able to take back some items and the amount reflected that. 5 stars!

I took a large collection of coins into them without any appointment. The guys in there were so accommodating and welcoming. They went through my collection with detail, amazing amount of knowledge, explaining the differences between each coin, quality and year. The offer to purchase was very transparent on the value vs what they would sell the coins for. I was extremely happy with their service and experience. Highly recommend them
