Very disappointed with their repair service. I bought a cuban link bracelet from them for $300. I had them take some links out and I didn’t like it so I had them put them back in and when I got the bracelet back, there were tons of holes in it. My bracelet snagged on my belt the other day and I took it to get fixed and Jeff soldered it and then came back with it and showed me there was a hole where he soldered so I waited a week for him to take it to his laser guy and now the clasp is all messed up and the bracelet no longer looks appealing. Every time I’ve brought it in, I ended up leaving with it, in even worse condition.
