Cleanest & most organized Pawn Shop. I purchased a flat screen from here recently. The prices & value can’t be beat!! Customer service from Eddie was excellent!!! Will be visiting again.
"Low baller's" the owner offered me 65.00$ for a "new in box" never used "robinair 15600 ac vacuum pump" I went home and placed it online for sale and made "366.00$" I was just wanting some store credit. To grab a couple items in trade, from the time I got into the store no "service" the "fat boy" polishing cheap jewlery wouldn't even acknowledge us at the front desk. The owner comes up looking and asks what do you want for it.? I said 200.00$ store credit for some of your items in trade the "fat boy" said 65.00$ I went home placed it on eBay and sold it for 366.00$ and the buyer paid the shipping, I could go back and buy the items they have for sale I wanted in trade, but I was able to buy them new.!
I wasnt counting on stopping at that store but I'm so glad I did! I was greeted right away from a very charming gentleman by the name of Eddie. He was so professional and knowledgeable about getting a loan. He helped me in details on everything I needed to do and I felt in good hands. Eddie was very professional, knowledgeable, smart, kind and honest, it was nice to see that people like him still exists in this world that we need more people like Eddie not only at the Pawn Shop but everywhere. If you stop by the store ask for Eddie Valentin, you won't regret it! ............Thank me later ;-)
You know I try to support local businesses, especially whenever I live right down the road from them, but every time I've dealt with these people it's absolutely been an unpleasant experience. Lowball offers, expensive resale prices. When you try to bargain with them, they just laugh at you, so rude! Whenever I try to reach out and give them a deal before I sell someone else, they don't even have the time of day to even talk on the phone cause they're "dealing with another customer", when they're the one who picked up the phone and started talking to me! It's your loss guy not mine..
