I ordered “Collection Estate Sale Coins ~ Auction Lot Vintage Silver Bullion ~ Currency Own a Part of this Collection- 1 Coin or Currency With Each Purchase × 1” And received one quarter that was in deplorable condition. My first and last time dealing with this company.

Doesn't seem to have the same vibe as it used too. Older gentleman used to be friendly and talk shop. He wasnt there this time. I had some cash wanting to get some silver. Just didnt feel welcome, so I left. No big deal.

last Friday, I called the store, asking about a buy- back price for one of my American Eagle Silver coin sets. The gentleman listened very patiently and very politely quoted me a price. The following Monday, I visit the store. My items examined quickly, and I was paid EXACTLY as I was quoted earlier. it was a very painless and easy transaction. We had pleasant conversation about other things, too. In summary, I was treated with utmost respect. They were very polite and professional. They will listen to you, and they don't get mad if you would ask TONS of questions. Overall, I had a 5 stars experience. They are very friendly, very polite, very professional and very transparent. I would highly recommend visiting them. God bless USA and God bless Palm Island Coin shop Peace and Respect!

I purchased the “Estate Lot” bundle for around $70. Two of the dimes in there were pretty neat, but other than that there was nothing interesting. ‘67 Kennedy, ‘64 quarter, both were supposed to be “uncirculated” but the wear and scratches are really prominent. I might consider the wheat rolls only because they’re fun to look through. Overall the descriptions were pretty misleading. EACH LOT PURCHASED WILL CONTAIN AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING! AT LEAST 7 PIECES OF SILVER BULLION ( REAL old U.S. silver coins, bullion, bars, rounds and more!) *1 OF WHICH WILL BE A 999 PURE SILVER BAR OR ROUND OR A 40% SILVER EISENHOWER DOLLAR!* Didn’t receive anything of the sort *6 OF WHICH WILL BE OLD US SILVER COINS* Yes *AT LEAST THREE WILL BE DIFFERENT DENOMINATIONS OF 90% PRE-1965 US COINS* Yes *AT LEAST 2 OF WHICH WILL FEATURE THE ICONIC LADY LIBERTY DESIGN* Super rough shape but still yes! *AT LEAST 1 OF WHICH WILL BE 80 YEARS OLD OR OLDER* Yes *AT LEAST 1 OF WHICH WILL BE AN UNCIRCULATED PRE-1965 90% US COIN OR A 40% SILVER KENNEDY HALF DOLLAR* Got the JFK but it is in bad condition. Also the ‘64 quarter also in non- “uncirculated” condition. The wheat Pennie’s were pretty awesome though. I was pretty excited after reading some great reviews about their estate products. I was about to purchase a few more but wanted to wait and see if it was worth it. Hopefully they’ll read this and attempt to rectify the faulty advertising. Good luck to you coin hunters out there, hopefully you have better experiences!

I took over from my husband's coin collection. He is a hard time seeing so, for 2 years I have been trying to learn more about coins. They have been very helpful to me.Explaining about coin. I have purchased different coins from them as well. Wanting to do more with Palm Island.

The new location is sad compared to the old one, and things have gone down hill. I used to enjoy this place but all of the fun of going to a coin shop has been sucked out, and it feels like walking into a pawn shop now. They used to enjoy what they did and now they just want to make a killing off of you and seemed to have lost the love and spirit of coin collecting. I felt like a bother coming in and doing a deal like I was interrupting this guy's day. The owner was also back there, but he doesn't interact much any more. Their offers for coins have gotten pathetic at this point, and their coins are way overpriced. They try and sneak in low quality product when they can too, so be careful and check everything, even proof sets. I never thought I'd see the day where I would rather just shop online than go into a coin shop. At least I can return something if I am not happy. It is low value and not worth the experience any more.

Paid too much for: ★ESTATE LOT BLOWOUT SALE Silver Bar, Gold, 90% Old Silver Coins, Bullion ~ Estate Lot Old US Coins ~ Money Currency Hoard PCGS ~ Collectors Lot x 1 ...A raggedy silver certificate, a tube of "flakes" and a teeny tiny Valcumbi 1g silver "bar". ESTATE SALE! ~ Rolls of Unsearched Wheat Pennies ~ Circulated AG-AU~ Nice Rolls! x 1 ESTATE SALE ~ Old US Silver Dimes On End Wheat Penny Lincoln Cent Roll ~ Vintage Coins Set Collection × 1 Felt like they likely packed the wheat penny rolls themselves and sold as an "unsearched roll". Only 1 silver dime on the end. Lesson learned. Won't be buying from them again.
