They gave me a price of around 50 dollars for .999 purity gold per gram instead of 83 which is the standard after 4 percent fee. They tried to use my need to sell my gold against me knowing they are taking a huge percentage and saying that they’d do me the favor. This is not a trustworthy business.

Total waste of time, barely looked at the chain and offered a price so low I would rather get robbed on Facebook market place. Scrap valve at today’s price would be $5800 and they offered under $4000.

Well, let's start with the fake smile and unauthentic woman who was there. Not only did her attitude show when she got called out on either lying or scamming. Either way she is an awful person to employ. So when I was selling silver she was not capable (or competent) to purchase the silver bars (ingots), she offered me $115, $60 under spot value, which is ridiculous on 168 grams of 925 silver. That's a third of the value she tried to keep. I spoke up and changed my mind, and she acted like she never heard of spot value and said "I go by my bosses prices". Well she is in the wrong business then, and then she said "thanks for making me do all that work for nothing". Well, if weighing some silver and using a scan gun you could barely operate is "work" than that's just lazy and bad customer relations. I told her I be reviewing her and when I have time to sell my silver I will update with how much I get. Her response "Nobody is even buying silver anywhere". Priceless. Don't go and if you do make sure it's not the condescending lady with the fake smile.

Walked in with a couple of items for scrap and a diamond cocktail ring that is 18 karat white gold. I wasn’t expecting a ton of money, but the woman who was taking care of me was pretty young and had a well off. I’m too good for you attitude as someone who buys the estate sales for a long time I know how to sell and scrap gold and silver. She offered me 220 for a gold ring and some scrap silver. Unfortunately, I took it. I think I could’ve gotten a better price. Oh well as far as the diamond cocktail ring she said it was not real. I said that couldn’t be possible. I bought it at an estate sale. She said well sorry we don’t buy it I said OK, no problem. went to A different pawn shop and was offered $400 for the ring saying it was real diamonds and gold. Pretty sure this girl doesn’t know what she’s doing or she is just the daughter of the owner. Either way her customer service was kind of rude. I will never be going back and do not recommend.
