Ted who was working there was a rude jerk. Brought gold in to pawn and he offered 10% of current spot. I turned down his offer. He told me I was wasting his time. I was the only customer there! Maybe I'm wrong but, when you go to pawn an item you can either accept the stores offer or pass. That's how a pawn shop works. Not for Ted! If you don't take his low balling offer, he becomes an irritable jerk. I suggest not going to Navarre pawn unless you want to deal with a complete jerk. Avoid this place like the plague......the poor lady named Kathy,who works there, kept apologizing for his rude behavior. I went to Destin pawn and was offered almost triple and took their offer.
The owners here, Ted Sr and Kathi Edwards, are great people that truly care about their customers. We purchased a vehicle from them and they went way above and beyond my expectations. They are honest and great to work with. Ted and Kathi said they plan to be in business here in Navarre a long time and judging by how we were treated, I am sure they will be. Thanks again for a great experience.

I had such an awesome experience with Kathi and Ted. They were both professional and very kind during our transaction. They're both super cool to talk to and a pleasure doing business with. Ted and Cathy are good, honest, people. Whether you’re looking to purchase something or are in need of some good advice they will always take care of you and treat you like family. Excellent shop as well, very adequately stocked, and impeccable customer service to go along with it. If I am in need of anything, I always go here first as opposed to big box stores. If you live in Navarre or are just visiting be sure to come down and visit them you will not be disappointed.
