Had a Rolex(fake but nice) and needed a battery. One jeweler wanted $35 to open the back and if he couldn't he would have to drill two or three holes to get it open. Suzanne got it off and replaced the battery. Great group of people. They REPLACE WATCH BATTERIES with no trouble.
The store is never open. Shame on me for driving 45 minutes four times only to find the store closed every time. And no, I didn’t come on a Sunday or Monday.

Went to get my engagement ring cleaned as I work just a few doors down. The jeweler noticed my stone was crooked, but when he went to fix it at no charge, one of the prongs broke off. He then kept my ring and fixed the prong, again at no cost to me. Unfortunately my beautiful ring was just poorly made, but they fixed it as best they could for me. I can't recommend them enough!!
