I had a good experience at the store. They have the biggest selection of coins I have ever saw in a coin store. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about coins and educated me about silver coins. I will definitely be back.

From a buyers perspective they have one of the best selections in swfl. Was able to get some ASE close to spot. Nice owner and employees.
Do not buy anything from the shop. I ordered coins through Amazon with them as a third-party seller. One day after my order was placed they raised the price 150% on the item I purchased. They printed the shipping label so it looked like it was sent but after 2 weeks UPS stated that they never received it. They were trying to force a refund so they can resell the same coins at a higher price. I refuse the refund and stated that I will only accept the item. A refund was forced upon me against my written consent. The accessed my credit account without my authorization. After talking to Amazon customer service I was promised that it would be sent to me the next day as they are less than 80 mi away from my location. I did not receive it the next day. Tracking information shows that it was dropped off to the carrier but upon calling UPS they state that they have not received it yet. Obviously they manipulating the tracking information. This business is playing games with me and if they will do it to me there's nothing stopping them from doing it to you. They would sell you fake coin without hesitation if this is their level of ethics.
Went there to sell my gold and silver coins. They were very reasonable with quoting and pricing! Transaction was done very smoothly, highly recommend doing business with them.

This place is a scam, do not buy from them. They shipped out items that had alot less than what was bought in it , and now is blaming UPS as thiefs "saying the box was retaped up and its not their tape after watching video in the back" also they will not ship you the item until you take away your bad feedback . What a joke. Bad feedback will go away once you make your propper business transaction right. I need to get Trax NYC involved. And better business bureau
