This shop was amazing. Very nice people. They had a huge assortment of high end bags! Coach, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci and even Celine! The jewelry was a very large and amazing selection! I would 100% suggest this shop to anyone! The employees were above and beyond nice. 10/10

Sandy and Pedro are amazing! I brought in a BUNCH of old sterling jewelry on two separate occasions. They spent hours going through all of it and gave me the best price per gram out of several other places I’d taken it to. They even found a couple of real gold pieces! Thank you both so much!! Went in today, management was fine with doing a pawn for me until they looked up in their computer that I had left a review prior to this time, because of a employee that treated my family and I very poorly. Management then told me the only way they could do business with me is if I went back and changed my negative comment to a positive one (so lie about my experience) and after I changed it they would do business with me. Instead I decided it's not worth it, customer service matters and when a customer isn't happy they should have the right and ability to voice their frustrations without it being held against them personally. This is the purpose of reviews...so that other customers can get others opinions and experiences, and so management has the ability to assess and make changes where or when needed. To think you can try to intimidate a customer into taking down a comment because it requires real action to fix the problems instead of actually addressing your issues is so unprofessional. If that is how you do business, I don't want to do business with you, and hopefully others see how wrong this is as well and thinks twice about patronizing your shop. Maybe next time you won't want to ask a customer to alter an honest review in order to do business with them. Cheating the system never works. Kind of like driving under the influence, you will eventually get caught on day or another.
