The guy working there was very polite and prompt. He examined my stuff, weighed it, and gave me his price all within a few minutes. The payout was more than the other places as well. I called them on the phone, asked for prices, and a guy spent time with me on the phone and told me how much they would pay for my gold rope chain with platinum pendant.. Vadim is a very fair and honest business owner. He clearly explained the values of various items of gold jewelery and collectibles I was trying to sell. Even suggesting best methods to receive the best return for pieces that had less gold value than actual value as jewelery. He showed me current gold rates and paid me appropriate money for the different gold karat pieces I was selling. Something I wasn't even aware of. Will be bringing all of my gold to vadim from now on.

With this economy I really needed cash to help pay my bills. I'm a collector and I've been saving gold for awhile now (gold jewelry, gold coins, silver coins, and some broken gold chains I had). I was and was ready to sell but everywhere I went, they were offering me significantly less than spot price. I know they have to make money, but I felt the other places were trying to screw me over. I found Gold and Silver Buyer on yelp and stopped by their store on 163rd Street in North Miami Beach, very close to Aventura. The owner, was professional and courteous and answered all my questions I had. He tested my gold using a scratch acid test to confirm it was real. I had some gold and silver coins and he took out some kind of machine he placed the coins on it, and I think it was thru xray and it identified that it was 24k gold and Pure Silver, I never knew something like that existed. They offered me a very fair price, much higher than any of the local competitions did and I got paid in cash (he also offered me a check if I wanted). Very happy and will recommend all my family and friends to visit Gold and Silver Buyer if they have any gold or silver they need to sell. *Update 09/09/24: I love their new storefront! Very easy to see from the street. I keep coming back when I need to sell my gold.
