I had been going here for what was probably over a decade. I would pawn my rings, and no matter what, id "ALWAYS" get the same rings back. Even if I left them there for a year. But unfortunately Robert found it necessary to melt my rings, for a measly debt of 60.00 I had never expected that. Especially because if you saw my name or history in the system before it got melted... It would or should have shown that I ALWAYS PAID FOR THEM BACK. I now hate this place, the history and memories that I can never get back are gone, for a debt of 60.00 I hate my decision of choosing to do business here. Although one could say, I owed the debt, I should have paid... Yes that is true... But I lost my home, my job, my almost everything... And this has been tragic. I can't get over it. I still get nauseous passing this place. 💔... This is definitely not like family.... They have no real concern for your pawned items. It's all about what they can get out of it. Stay away... Unless you're selling it... Don't trust this place. I now do business elsewhere..... Text reminders..😡you melted my jewelry...least you could have done was give a courtesy call first... ,😭💔👎👎👎

I went here and look at an a gun today. After deciding to purchase it we negotiated the price from 600 to 500. After we agreed to 500 I asked for ammunition. The salesman called the owner about pricing on the ammo. The owner asked what the price was we agreed to and was not happy that it was at 500. The owner told the sales person to keep it at 600 and if I didn’t want it at that price I could take the walk. This is just no way to do business. I would never go here again. It was one box of bullets not two. I was told 500 for the gun and 50 for the bullets. I said I would pay the 550 if he couldn’t throw in the bullets. He called you and you told him not to sell me the gun for less than 600. That is what happened. I would still pay the 550 for the gun and bullets. Also calling your customers names really isn’t professional remember you’re the own you are supposed to act like one.
