The day,a couple weeks ago, whe I met the folks a Edgewood,was incredibly informative. A bit of back story...Growing up i remember certain family members having a "precious", coin or 3. I wanted to be included in the "OOOO" and "AAHHH",of the precious coins everyone was admiring. Didn't happen. I had a passing interest over the years but didn't consider how important these masterpieces of numistetic treasures would mean to me 40 years later. To be allowed entrance to Edgewood is like walking into the pearly gates of coin heaven. Be sure to know the "saints of grading" of your coins soul are anointed in wisdom by none other than the queen of coin heaven! Kind,understanding, proper, down to earth, ready and willing to make you more than fare offer,but do not think a "false saint," cast not struck,will get past there uncanny observations. I was treated as family. Given more time than I deserved. Got my dream crushed but the best part...dusted off, pep-talked, and knew that the coins in my hands were absolutely certified real because of there outstanding integrity.With 6 decades of trust in Duval county and around the world its easy to see why there still in business. Thank you Edgewood. I can't wait to be in Edgewood Coin Heaven again soon! Much Respect.

I started selling my coin collection last year and this morning drove the 70 mile round trip to sell some more. I have always dealt with John in the past and have always been pleased with him. Today, he was tied up with a customer, so I had to deal with Natalie...I had high grade Standing Liberty Quarters, Barber, Walking Liberty, and Franklin halves, most of which were in Mint State condition. I also had 1953 & 1954 proof sets in original mint packaging...she barely even looked at the coins and offered me only MELT value for all my silver and $55 each for the proof sets which sell for $225 each...I also had several American Silver Eagles I was going to sell, but when she lowballed me so badly, I just left. ALWAYS deal with John...no one else...he takes his time and has always been fair with me...First time I’ve ever left disappointed AND insulted...

I came here to sell an old watch and, as with my past visits, the process was smooth and straightforward. I’ve done business here before and always appreciate the professionalism and efficiency. They make the experience easy, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable place to do business.
