Very rude and try to under cut prices on silver/coin, honestly wish they had a 0 star option because of the amount of disrespect they have

Very disrespectful and gives false information about your coins. just the rudest costumer experience ive had ever!

Was taken advantage do not go here. They will rob you blind if you don't have knowledge of the value of the coins be aware unlike me. I wish I never set foot in the store. I feel robbed

I called and Dwight (the older man) answered. Made an appointment. I took him a jar of old coins and a couple other coins. He spent about half an hour with me going through them and paid me a fair market price. In, green, out, done. Interesting shop full of unusual old things. Thanks DC&C

I had some old bracelets and rings from a previous marriage and received cash right there for gold I almost threw away! The gentleman was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

I like this place. I forget the owners name but he was very nice. I stopped in to sell some of my coin collection and he gave me a fair price. He told me he has been there over 45 years and I can understand why. He knows his coins. I also purchased a nice Invicta watch from him at a very good price. Check him out.

I recommend shopping around. The owner is dishonest and rude. I called ahead because it’s a long drive and asked if they had a specific item. Dwight said they had plenty and quoted me a price that was double what other shops offered. When I mentioned that, he backtracked and lowered it slightly. I still drove out the next day, only to find they barely had any and he claimed most sold last month. He then tried charging more than the phone quote even though silver prices had dropped. Another item was also extremely overpriced. The other staff were friendly, which is why I’m giving 2 stars.

Went in to sell some silver, the lady working there was very nice. The older gentleman, who I assume to be the owner, made me an offer on my buffalo rounds and other coins. When I politely stated that the price offered for the buffalos was not enough, and I would like to sell only the other coins I brought in (at the price he initially offered) he immediately turned his back on me and walked away to another customer. As his back was turned to me he rudely said “not interested, have a nice day” and left me (with the help of the nice lady) to pack my silver back up. If you live in Deland, I highly suggest going somewhere where there is more respect for the customer, even when both parties cannot come to an agreement.
