Awesome staff store is clean prices are extremely fair. Staff goes above and beyond. I was extremely impressed how clean the store was and how welcoming the staff was. As stated prices are very fair. They have instruments, tools , electric bikes , video games & consoles , surfboards and many more fun finds definitely check them Out.

Best pawn on Whickan is a great place the 2 gentleman Jeremy and Jacob are fantastic. They always greet you when you walk in and both always makes you feel welcome. They have always went above and beyond when I need it. SHOUT OUT TO JEREMY AND JACOB. 5 star customer service. If you need anything from there and you have questions They are the ones to ask due to friendliness and the ability to speak to people. We need more guys like them. Thank you both on a real note. Item was exactly as described, brand new and fully functional, very honest and kept pending till I was able to pick it up, communications were more than great, well worth it! Try to make a visit to the store they have some really good deals!

Called to ask about a Bauer corded hammer drill that was listed on FB inside box. I discussed with Jacob and he said it is there. We agreed on a price after him countering my original offer for more which I obliged. I told him I will be there and driving from other side of town. I got there and asked 2 other men at the counter and they were confused looking around and couldn't find the item. Eventually Jacob showed up in the showroom and said "oh yeah that one sold earlier" then tried getting me to buy another one in much worse condition without any accessories or box. This is a very poor way to encourage trust in your establishment when you lie to get foot traffic and then pass off another item and acting like you'll now honor my original asking price. Making me drive all over town for nothing doesn't make me want to return to this establishment ever again either UPDATE: when I first called I specifically asked about the FB listing and if it was still available. I did not simply ask if any hammer drill existed in the store, that's another lie. As you can see in the screenshot the listing was for 30 and I asked for 20, we settled on 25. This is NOT a "considerable" or "over the top" discount. This is all seeming even more dishonest.
