Nicest pawn shop, they wrapped my cymbals in shrink wrap , so they wouldn't get damaged before I picked them up.... perfectly protected.
Not very impressed after my first and last experience with this business. I went solely based on the reviews listed on google however I am beginning to question the legitimacy of those after my visit. I went in with a clean, well dressed appearanceand and polite demeanor. I want welcomed or greeted. No offer to assist or answer questions. I was curious about getting a loan with about $1,000 in collateral and was only looking to get about 50% of the items values. I was kind of offended when I was told by the guy working the counter that when I said I would definitely be returning to pick up my items and his response was “yeah everyone says that”. I doubt “everyone” sits there wanting to get full details of the loan so they can repay it. Most people probably grab the cash and run and never look back. I was interested in using the business for legitimate means and was made to feel like a criminal for doing so. I went to another pawn business that same day and got the loan amount I was looking for and got better customer service and wasn’t made to feel like I was doing something wrong or I was like “everyone else” that frequents their establishment. I hope others have a better experience. Maybe I just went on an “off” day or something. But will not be visiting this business again.
Yea very misleading when they do business with you i defaulted on a loan cuz i was in the hospital on life support i get hospital go to get my rifle and they got itnon the floor whicb was fine but i specifically remember and with what they gave me in the loan they had it listed for a 1100 dollars more oh but when im pawning it oh we cant give qhatbi was asking cuz you guys woukdnt sell for mych more than that ywt you gotnit listed for 900 more then i was even trying to get ...so word of.advise dont use them unless you wanna mislead amd lied.too
I had given a 1* review this morning when I went to the business and it was not open after posted 11am opening hours. They did call me back by 1130 saying they were opened late. I get things happen so I deleted my review. Then at 1252 long after the 1* review was deleted I received a voicemail telling me how harsh my 1* review was. I had already spoke to them there was no reason to call me about review. I’ve never been bullied by any business I’ve completed a review on and I have never been called. Unprofessional. I was kind enough to delete the review I first posted. Check your facts before calling and harassing potential customers. I’m not the first person who has complained about business being closed when posted open either.
There are a lot of items to browse. Shop owner was very kind and knowledgeable
ATM Pawn is great! Chris and Paul are very knowledgeable and accommodating . I'm always given top prices for my items and leave very happy as a long time customer. They have lots of good jewelry and gun selections, plus more. THIS IS A GREAT PAWN SHOP! You will not be disappointed!
