I went there for INFORMATION, not even a purchase, about silver that I had purchased previously. They were friendly, accommodating and gave me free coin holders. Great helpful staff, I'll be there again!

Stopped here this Summer on my way down to visit a buddy and was not disappointed. Its clear to me from the reviews the current owner is really turning things around. Ended up finding a great coin for my personal collection. Watched a few transactions occur while I was browsing, was impressed with the speed and fairness by the owner. Will stop by again next time I'm in town!
I stumbled upon this place as I wished to discuss some rare stamps that I wanted a valuation on. Once inside I was met by a very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive store owner/manager. Unfortunately, they do not deal in stamps anymore buy have a very impressive coin and paper currency collection. I'll definitely be back there when I unearth my penny collection, and possibly buy a few new coins.
Take your kids and grandkids here. There is a new owner who loves coins, teaching and talking about them with you. I have been going here about once or twice a year for about 20 years. The old owners were very knowledgeable and nice but could be a little crabby and argumentative at times. I imagine that is where a lot of the 1 star reviews come from. If you are looking for a coin store I strongly recommend this place. I have always loved collecting coins but at 90% of the coin stores you go to the employee don’t want to be bothered unless you are buying big ticket items. I went in with my young daughter to kill some time and just look around. We both found some cool coins and both the owner and his cousin took their time to share stories and educate me and my daughter on the history of coins and other items. We both left with some cool coins and a great memory. I only wish I remembered their names. Thank you both for your time and helping me past the enjoyment of coin collecting onto the next generation. My daughter loves the tin penny you gave her. She has been showing it to all her classmates!
