Dropped off a bracelet to get repaired. Went to pick it up, they told me it was lost and there was nothing they could do about it. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place.

First time customer who was only there to sell my gold jewelry. Mr Whitten greeted me so friendly. I believe definitely gave me a fair price, I left with more than I ever thought possible. Definitely trustworthy and knowledgeable small business owner. Id recommend them to anybody! The jewelry collection was beautiful as well!

It was my first time to visit the Whittens Jewelry store on Kirkwood Hwy. I was very pleased with the service that Craig, the owner, provided to me. I was not rushed but rather Craig spent an hour and a half with me to ensure that the purpose of my visit to his store was met. Craig has great customer service and people skills as well as a very good knowledge of his jewelry business. He exceeded my expectations in all aspects! Also, Veronica, from the store, demonstrated the same decorum. I highly recommend Whittens to friends, family members and anyone interested in purchasing fine jewelry or selling unused ones.

Expertise, no pressure, compassionate re: my decision to sell jewelry. Sold one piece and was extremely satisfied. I returned the same day and sold the rest of my jewelry! DO NOT SHOP AT WHITTENS! Craig Whittrn is a mean grouchy old man who doesn’t care about his customers or his reputation! He’s mean to his customers and employees! He is also VERY overpriced! He charges way too much to replace batteries in watches - and then they don’t last! He is not a good community partner and is rude to customers! Go elsewhere and save yourself the time and money and feel good about doing business with someone who respects others and treats you the way you deserve to be treated as a customer! I will NEVER go there again!

My experience with Whitten Jewelry was absolutely wonderful. My purpose of going to Whitten's Jewelry store was to sell some older jewelry I had. I was welcomed warmly from one of the employees. The owner Mr. Craig Whitten waited on me. I felt very comfortable, and he took interest in what I had to sell. We talked about the pieces I had, and we came to an agreement. I highly recommend going to Whitten's Jewelry store, you won't regret it.

I went to Whitten's to sell my engagement ring. The engagement was broken off about a year ago, and I was finally okay with the idea of parting with the ring. Craig, who is the owner of the store, was very polite and upfront about the amount I could get for the ring. When I went into the store, Craig said he couldn't find the GIA number in the diamond right away, but assured me that he would continue to look for it if I left it with him. I left the ring with him, and he called me the following day saying he did find the number and offered me a fair price for the ring. I thank Craig for being so honest and making this emotional moment as easy as possible for me. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a reputable jeweler.
