Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I went in recently to sell something and was shocked when they asked for a receipt. It’s a pawn shop—the whole point is they buy items without retail receipts. I understand policies, but the way it was handled was completely rude and condescending. This isn’t my first bad experience here. About a year ago, I tried to pawn a 14k white gold sapphire ring with a sapphire about 1.5 carats. The same young blonde woman offered me $10—an insulting lowball. On top of that, their prices are ridiculously close to retail, and they don’t like to cut deals. It’s a pawn shop, for God’s sake. I used to come here often and buy a lot, but ever since this employee started working there, the customer service has gone downhill fast. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Do not use the Trading post on South Dupont Hwy. Walked in with tools and gaming system like new. They wanted to low ball on everything. There customer service isn't the greatest.

Low balled me on a brand new gun. Told me everything on Gun Broker was $200. I checked Gun Broker while I was at the counter and everything listed i found was over $500. If you are not interested, just say so. Lying and being deceitful is unprofessional and stereotypicallly pawn shopish. Will never go there again and will trash them ever opportunity I get.

Came in looking for cheap .40 S&W ammo and left with 3 50ct 165 grain boxes for $60. Bullets were flawless and shot great. A nice amount of good looking guns for sale too. Will definitely be back.

Working with Maria was however truly a delightful experience, she was patient, curious and sweet. She knew the “right fit” of gun I needed. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!!
