I left a large batch of stamps with them. It took a little while but they attended to the whole sale and payment to me, with honesty.

I needed help with grading some coins from my great grandfather. Even though he didn't benefit financially at all, he was patient & kind. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed & best of all they are one of the only coin shops within a 100 miles accredited by BBB. Thanks,I'll definitely be recommending & returning.

One of the best coin dealers/auctions I have talked to. I have been a coin collector for MANY years and their employee, Greg, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. It was refreshing to deal with a fair and honest person.

Went to Dutch Country with my father's coins to find out if they were worth anything. The gentleman (George??) who reviewed my coins was very knowledge, told me the value and then gave me a few options. I decided to sell them and the price was very fair. I was very happy.

Two successful trips completed, though years apart, whereas the first was to sell my stamp collection and the second some extra coins. Both times, friendly staff, knowledgeable experts, and good offers on the table, which I accepted at each visit. Browsing around, I found some very nice-looking coins at excellent prices, so I ended up spending more than I made, but I had a lot of fun, transformed my collection, and met great people. Looking forward to my next visit next week!

I liked the employees well enough, they were very polite. After i got home and thought more about our interaction the more it started bother me that i was never given any values to any of my collection. He just offered me a overall buy price, which i accepted, but nobody never explained what it was based off of. There was no real conversation or explanation. I feel like i should have asked more questions. I also feel like he eyeballed the collection and may have missed things he didnt include in the overall buy price but i wouldnt know cause he never gave me any kind of paperwork on how he valued my collection or what pieces he even paid for. In retrospect i shouldnt have been so quick to accept his offer and should have gotten a second opinion before i accepted his offer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment and if you do i would definitely suggest seeking a second opinion before accepting an offer as well as ask for an itemized list of sale.
