Came in for a quick stop, found the place on google so I thought it was worth looking, the staff was so nice and made everything hassle free! Definitely recommend

I had a lot of fun walking through this pawn shop. They had a great selection of musical instruments and jewelry. The staff was friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my time here! Great selection of items!

I bought a watch from Levy’s pawn shop. Once I got it home I noticed that the minute hand was free spinning as your arm was moving. It’s like the hand fell off the post or something. I took it back and the owner fixed it right there in front of me. When I got back home I noticed that one of the smaller hands off the stop watch was missing. So I took it back the next day and showed him. Yes it was the same man that fixed it the first time. So he took the watch back to his little desk and replaced the stop watch hand. But the issue was he replaced it with a white one. The other two were black. So I had a hand that did not match any other hand in the watch. Which I just lived with. It was working at the time. So a couple months down the road, the original minute hand that had fallen off the first time did it again. So I took the watch back last Thursday as I was in town. And showed him and asked him to fix it again. The then proceeded to tell me he does not fix watches there. That he did not have the tools to take the watch apart. He actually told me this to my face with a straight face. After he has had the watch apart two times prior. How easy it was for him to lie to me. But he did offer to send the watch out for me and have it fixed. But by then I had smoke coming out of my ears because he straight lied to me. So I asked him for my money back. His response was, DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT?? Well, at that time I did not. I wasn’t planning on returning it. I just wanted it fixed. But after him looking me in the face and lying to me I was done with him and the watch. So I just tossed it up on the counter and gave it back to him. Apparently he needs the money more than I do. But my question is, DO YOU THINK HE WILL TRY TO RESELL THE WATCH??? I thought everyone’s parents thought them not to lie. Did u teach yours ???? I was curious if he would try and resell the , broken watch. Well today I got my answer. I went into the store 5/12 and yes the watch was out for sale. I’m 100 percent sure it’s the same watch because it still has the miss match hand in the watch. Wow, that’s incredible that there’s that many dishonest people in the world. He sold me a broken watch, now he’s trying to sell the same broken watch to another one of his customers. Do u think he teaches his children right from wrong????

I've been coming to Levy’s since Mom and Dad were running the store the 2nd generation were in high school and college. Now that the 2nd generation is running the store, I still do business with Levy’s. Come on in to Levy’s you won't be disappointed👍🏽
