Way overpriced! And they don't even take credit cards. Go to Chatelains or Lewes Mercantile.
First of all, coming from New York City, this store has some cute stuff but nothing extraordinary. Some decent pieces but way overpriced. I bought a small piece of jade without close examination. Walked to next door store trying to get a small chain for the piece then realized the jade in circular shape has a crack cutting through the circle, and there were originally four small embroideries holding it and one was missing. So I walked back in and pointed out to Cathy the saleswoman. She said “everything was sold as-is and no refund”. I didn’t mind throwing a few hundred bucks down the drain, but was disgusted that she would not have pointed those defects out which I always assumed a good jeweler would: decency, honesty should be a key to the success of a business of this sort.
A tremendous selection of estate and antique jewelry. Amazing selection of engagement rings. She has a whole array not engagement rings, but pearl, garnet, and citrine jewelry just to name a few. We are able to purchase a beautiful antique set of garnet jewelry for our daughter's senior pictures. The owner and ladies working the shop are very helpful.
